We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our fast-paced team and work closely with the VP of Sales. Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing accounts. We’re seeking a motivated hunter—someone who’s not afraid to get out there, generate leads, and close deals. This is an ideal role for someone who is money-driven and looking to grow in a company with massive earning potential.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop sales strategies and proposals
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Strong sales skills and a hunger for success
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a natural relationship builder
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
No experience in the CPG or home décor industry? No problem! We’re open to someone with the right mindset and hunting personality
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
Requirements

Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 with commission (earning potential over $100k)
