Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor. This role is pivotal in our financial services industry, where you will be working in a dynamic work environment, overseeing all aspects of accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implementing and maintaining Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes.
• Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for improved business operations.
• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure financial stability.
• Conducting regular auditing to maintain financial integrity.
• Using BlackLine for financial close automation and operational efficiency.
• Working with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll and HR services.
• Handling billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Implementing Concur for streamlined expense, travel, and invoice management.
• Utilizing D365 for improved business operations and decision making. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience with BlackLine.
• Proficiency in using Concur is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.
• Ability to manage various Accounting Functions is expected.
• Must have experience handling Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Must have a strong background in Auditing.
• Proficiency in managing Billing Functions is essential.
• Experience with D365 is crucial.
