Responsibilities:
Reviewing charts from storage to make determinations regarding indexing or disposal
Appropriately disposing of aging clinical records
Scanning, indexing, and digitizing medical records
Requirements
High school diploma/GED equivalent
Excellent computer navigation skills
Prior medical records experience
Document management experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
