Description
We are offering a role in the located in BRIDGEHAMPTON, New York, United States. The job function is primarily centered around bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records and documents to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Oversee customer and vendor relationships and manage related accounts.
• Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the organization.
• Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
• Regularly review and reconcile data, rectifying discrepancies as identified.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government regulations for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budget planning, financial forecasts, and auditing.
• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks to carry out tasks
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Knowledge and experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Must be skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations.
• Must have previous experience in Bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience with Month End Close is essential.
• Must have experience in handling Payroll.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
