Robert Half is searching for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager for a highly respected client in rthe surrounding area of Bridgewater, NJ. Responsibilities include designing a benefit program based on employee needs. The Benefits Manager should have a thorough understanding of employment laws and benefit programs. Ideally, 5 years of experience in benefits administration will help you be successful in this role. Responsibilities will include the following:
Designing fair benefits program that attracts employees.
Develop compensation policy.
Research how to engage employees and conduct surveys.
Conduct compensation benchmarking.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
5+ years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager.
Prior experience with HRIS and payroll experience.
Prior experience or knowledge to design compensation programs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
SAP and SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
