We are in search of an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Somerset County, NJ. This role is crucial in the efficient operation of our business, as it involves managing and maintaining our inventory records. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various software such as SAP, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, and ERP solutions. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and other ERP solutions

• Utilize Cerner Technologies and Epic Software to process and track inventory

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

• Respond to and resolve any inventory-related inquiries in a timely manner

• Perform clerical duties related to inventory management, such as filing and documenting

• Use charts and graphs to visualize inventory data and report on trends or issues

• Answer inbound calls from customers or suppliers relating to inventory matters

• Utilize 'About Time' software for efficient time and attendance tracking

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of inventory processes

• Utilize ADP for financial services related to inventory management.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and Cerner Technologies

• Familiarity with Epic Software

• Understanding and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Ability to create Charts - Graphs

• Familiarity with Clerical Duties

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

• Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite

• Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
