Join our client's growing Medical Spa in Brookfield, CT! Our client is dedicated to providing top-tier beauty and wellness services in a relaxing and professional environment. We’re looking for a warm and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's business and ensure a seamless experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
Qualifying leads generated from the website and digital marketing campaigns.
Providing detailed information to customers about our services, treatments, and promotions.
Scheduling and confirming appointments with precision.
Maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor to ensure a positive client experience.
Coordinating between clients and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Navigating the CRM system to update client data and service history
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role, preferably in a medical or spa setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with scheduling software and comfortable learning new systems.
