Description
Robert Half is assisting an investment advisory firm in the recruiting for a Client Services Associate/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin and is a permanent placement opportunity offering health insurance, paid holidays and vacation and retirement planning.
Responsibilities:
• Processing client paperwork and setting up new accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performing general office tasks to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.
• Conducting data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
• Preparing and running reports for client meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
• Responding to and following up on client requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Managing the implementation of organized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
• Assisting in the preparation and processing of checks as required.
• Continually monitoring client accounts and implementing appropriate actions
Requirements
• Prior experience providing clerical support in a professional setting
• Proven ability to perform administrative assistance tasks efficiently
• Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
