Located in the Brookfield, Wisconsin area, this Office Assistant position is ideal for individuals seeking long-term contract / temporary to hire employment.

Your responsibilities

  1. Oversee and ensure completion of ongoing office projects such as, but not limited to, insurance tracking; post-fund file review; title tracking; and collection accounts.

  2. Assist when needed in the completion of all new loan & lease files by supporting the Sales team & and Loan & Lease Coordinators by following up on items missing from files, such as insurance information, titles, invoice information, or any other incomplete information. Providing support also includes the handling of calls and answering questions from customers, vendors or referral sources.

  3. Responsible for final review of all lease files for completeness and accuracy before booking.

  4. Booking of new lease files to the leasing system.

  5. Compose and prepare routine correspondence for signature which may include preparing lease & loan documents for signature when needed to assist Sales team.

  6. Performs other duties as assigned, numerous and varied for several departments.

    Requirements - Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials

  • Proven knowledge of equipment leasing

  • Proficiency in Lease Contracts

  • Experience with Lease Administration

  • Lease Documents experience

  • Solid understanding of data entry

  • Knowledge of Administrative Assistance

  • Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements

  • A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests

  • Accomplishes tasks independently

  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

  • Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience
