Accept and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers
Employ mail processing equipment
Retain optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
Book, assort, and/or distribute mail and packages
Perform clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
Stop assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station
Give assistance to employees complete diverse projects as necessary
Purchase high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specified guidelines
Deliver data within allotted time frames Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
We need the person we full-time to be flexible and focused
Accomplished in mail processing at organizational level
Capable of handling office equipment
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
General familiarity with Scanning Equipment
Deep understanding of scanning
Proven knowledge of Rescanning
Earlier work involving Mail Packages
Practical knowledge of filing
Well-founded grasp of Document Scanning
Good understanding of Process Mail
Scanning experience highly desired
Comprehensive knowledge of mailrooms
Wide ranging experience with mail processing
OPEX experience required
Foundational knowledge in Scanning Documents
Quality experience with Daily Mail
Skilled at time management
1+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting
- Manage general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature
