Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with managing resident community needs, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage resident community needs in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
• Oversee and manage daily operations throughout the property, including both office and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with maintenance staff on the administration of work order requests
• Enter work orders into the Yardi management system, dispatch to staff, and monitor completion
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction with work order completion
Requirements
• Demonstrable experience with CRM is needed
• Proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is essential
• Prior experience with a Management System is required
