This long-term temporary-to-full-time Customer Service Representative position could be for you, if you're available to work in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor applied to all tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
Call Center Customer Service experience desired
