The HR Assistant will entrusted with confidential work, must approach the diverse tasks assigned completely neutral and remain objective in their relationships. Confidentiality and accuracy are of utmost importance qualities for the HR Assistant to have. Primary Duties Responsibilities Provides routine and specialized clerical and administrative support to human resources and administration departments utilizing a variety of software platforms such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Visio, Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Survey Gizmo and Global Search. Researches, processes, compiles, and analyzes complex information, and prepares and verifies compliant and accurate HR reports, correspondence, and other documents. Assists in the execution of company special events and meetings including purchasing food and supplies. Grant coordination and collaboration including preparation, monitoring, communication and compliance. Assist recruitment of potential applicants including sorting and reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, developing advertisements, conducting preliminary interviews, representing the company at job fairs and communicating with candidates. May assist in payroll preparation and filing when needed. Participates on various committees to provide HR support and to monitor activities and completion of goals. May serve as back-up to Administrative Receptionist. Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.
