Robert Half Financial Analyst in Brookshire, Texas
Description A division of a large manufacturing company located in Northwest Houston is adding a Financial Analyst to their team. The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, analysis, and budgeting for the region. This position will work closely with the site and functional managers to ensure the timely and accurate review of results as well as the identification of actionable improvement opportunities.
• Monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Understanding and developing tools, as well as assisting in development and review of site level budgets and forecasts.
• Provide analytical, forecasting, and reporting to management
• Prepare monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Assist with annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with developing financial models and addressing ad hoc requests to provide actionable insights
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of experience in budget, financial planning and analysis. Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a huge plus.
Compensation is up to 95K.

Financial modeling experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience ideal)
Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
