Description
Robert Half is partnered with a rapidly growing high-tech company in search of a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant in Broomfield, CO. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's financial operations and contributing to ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
· General Ledger Maintenance: Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger.
· Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
· Budget Support: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights into budget vs. actual performance.
· Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and generate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
· Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
· 2+ years of accounting experience in a mid to large size company.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements
Qualifications:

· 2+ years of accounting experience in a mid to large size company.
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
