Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (English and Spanish) for a Milwaukee area organization. In this role, you will be integral in managing employee relations, enhancing hiring processes, and administering benefits. Your expertise in communication and compliance will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates.

• Foster and maintain positive employee relations, resolving any issues that may arise.

• Conduct thorough investigations as needed to ensure a fair and respectful workplace environment.

• Manage benefits administration, ensuring employees are well-informed and receive their entitled benefits.

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly introduced to the company culture and systems.

• Provide coaching to employees to facilitate their professional growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company rules and regulations.

• Leverage your skills in corporate recruiting to attract top talent in the industry.

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to facilitate understanding and cooperation.

• Continually evaluate and improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in HR

• Ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

• Understanding and experience in hiring processes and recruitment strategies

• Prior experience in corporate recruiting is preferred

• Proficiency in administering employee benefits programs

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
