Description
We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a ServiceNow Administrator in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. This role involves the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform in the telecom industry. The ServiceNow Administrator will work closely with the Information Technology Operations team to enhance our IT service management capabilities while working on various ServiceNow components.
This is an onsite hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Manage ServiceNow components including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Management.
• Ensure the effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
• Monitor platform licensing and perform regular audits.
• Implement system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensure 3rd party software integrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
• Remain informed about the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Participate in an after-hours support On Call rotation.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, including occurrences outside of normal business hours.
• Prepare reports based on routine audits of systems and software.
• Work with vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their work time.
• Support technical personnel on issues related to IT functions.
Requirements • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language is required.
• Experience in Configuration Management is essential.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing deployments.
• Strong design skills with a focus on web design.
• Knowledge of HTML is necessary.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Application, ServiceNow Development and ServiceNow Modules.
• Understanding of ITIL Processes is a must.
• Proficiency in JavaScript coding.
• Knowledge of .NET framework.
