Description • Oversee the activities of the Accounting Department for the complete integration of all accounting services and issues.

• Ensure the timely and accurate month end/year end close. Provide necessary financial reporting and analysis.

• Complete and supervise all assigned activities as part of the month end close process; reconcile all assigned accounts monthly; research and fix any outstanding variances.

• Continuously review Company Accounting processes and the internal controls environment. Take initiative to drive improvements as identified.

• Lead interim and year-end audit work.

• Oversee all internal control processes and lead internal audits as needed.

• Provide oversight of cycle count accuracy and assist with physical inventories if deemed necessary.

• Continually monitor inventory costing methods.

• Educate plant personnel on key cost drivers and their impact on business goals and performance.

• Work closely with Leadership Team to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.

• Evaluate financial performance and assess risks and opportunities to deliver commitments for year over year growth and cash conversion metrics and proactively communicate to the leadership team. Requirements Accounting Functions, Auditing, Annual Inventory, Internal Control
