Description Consistently observes safety and security procedures. Reports potentially unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.

Prepare the monthly AR reserving, bad debt entries, and compare reports. Prepare the system consolidation fo the monthly
financial statements and analyze variances from budget for presentation to senior management.

Coordinate the monthly close process, review accountants analysis for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate/Prepare the
completion of various schedules for the annual tax returns(990, 990T, 497, 1120, CT3, 1065, IT-204) and present to senior
management.
•
Coordination of annual audit and preparation of audited financial statements. Oversee the preparation of the annual operating.
budget for the Foundations and Other entities.

• Preparation of the annual pension plan financial statements.
• Supervise, train and evaluate accountants.
• Provide financial analysis as required.
