Description
Our client is a premier law firm in Buffalo, New York. They are seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney, for their general litigation team, Practice areas will include defense of a variety of personal injury and other tort claims, including auto, premises, products liability and municipal matters. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in personal injury, general liability, insurance defense, and medical malpractice litigation
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
Great attention to detail
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Adeptness in medical malpractice
Command of Civil Litigation
Personal injury defense experience
Licensed Attorney experience
Proficiency in Personal Injury Law
Medical malpractice experience highly desired
Licensed attorney
