OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a Benefits Administrator for a client in the Buffalo, NY area. This is a great opportunity to join a well respected organization known for its collaborative culture. The Benefits Administrator will be the point of contact for all questions and issues related to their health & welfare and 401k plans. Job duties will include: working with their benefits broker; open enrollment; answering questions around FMLA and other QLE's; and new hire orientation.
