Description
Robert Half Buffalo us currently seeking for diligent, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Data Entry Specialists in different departments for some exciting ongoing opportunities.
As a Data Entry Specialist, your day-to-day role will include:
Entering and validating a variety of data into appropriate databases, spreadsheets, documents and other tools.
Analyzing and identifying discrepancies in the data and taking corrective action.
Managing and maintaining effective record keeping.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assisting with periodic reporting.
Providing general administrative support where necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
Fast typing skills - knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
Ability to work with large volume data with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
