The HR Compliance Associate provides support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Are you ambitious and looking to grow your career? Maintain compliance files for all employees and staff in the field
Conduct new hire orientation meetings
Obtain background checks, drug screens, and physical results from vendors
Coordinate pre-employment testing
Daily communication with employees
Monitor expirations dates of required compliance documents
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment
2+ years of administrative or human resources experience
Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Ability to work in multiple computer systems
Strong communication skills
