Description

We are in search of a diligent Marketing Specialist for an employment opportunity. The role is focused on enhancing our digital marketing efforts. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in managing SEO/PPC, content review, graphic design, and digital campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SEO/PPC strategies, collaborating with external agencies if necessary.

• Review, approve, and maintain quality of content across various platforms.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting on them regularly.

• Develop and update marketing collateral, such as sell sheets.

• Utilize Adobe InDesign or similar software to execute graphic design tasks.

• Edit content for both digital and print use, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Track and analyze website metrics using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Compile and present monthly performance reports to provide insights and recommendations.

• Execute digital campaigns across various channels in alignment with the marketing roadmap.

• Coordinate with agencies to review and approve content, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

• Develop and manage third-party marketing programs to extend reach and engagement.

Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or similar position

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Graphic Design

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and its use in digital marketing strategies

• Experience in creating and implementing digital campaign designs

• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles and practices

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
