Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with a growing company that is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payroll Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of payroll processes and systems, coupled with a proven track record in outbound sales. As a Payroll Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and delivering tailored payroll solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through outbound sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their payroll needs and offering customized solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our payroll services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and onboarding of new clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in the HR services or payroll industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
