Robert Half International Client Services Coordinator in Burlingame, California

Robert Half Strategic accounts is currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a established and growing Bay Area organization. The Client Services Coordinator will provide general administrative support to a face paced office for a group of sales professionals, preparing proposal, presentation, marketing and communication materials, while generating ad hoc reports.

The well organized Client Services Coordinator will be similar to that of an Administrative Associate, in gathering supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.

The skilled Client Services Coordinator selected for the position will coordinate substantial on/offsite meetings and conferences, schedule appointments and keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations, sustain database integrity and track, collate and maintain inventory of marketing materials. Other duties may be assigned.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required ? 3 years? experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals ? ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred ? 2 years? experience in the Real Estate industry ? Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding ? Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor ? Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees ? Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations ? Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills ? In-design is a must
