Robert Half Executive Assistant in Burlington, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role will involve supporting senior staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position will be a part of the administrative management team, providing essential services across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the smooth functioning of senior staff operations by managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and assisting visitors.

• Ensure efficient travel arrangements for senior staff, which includes booking flights, arranging for car rentals, and making hotel or restaurant reservations.

• Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in communication through phone, email, and mail.

• Collaborate with various departments and provide assistance to the accounting team upon request.

• Generate reports and compile data for departmental requests and audits.

• Assist in the planning and organization of company events.

• Perform various tasks related to organization and strong communication.

• Utilize skills in administrative assistance and calendar management to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

• Assist in other duties as assigned based on departmental or business needs. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance or similar role

• Demonstrated skills in Administrative Management

• Proficiency in using Concur or similar business travel software

• Experience in managing International Travel arrangements

• Strong Calendar Management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to continually learn and develop new skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
