Description We are currently seeking for a diligent and reliable Lockbox Remittance Processor to join our team. This role primarily involves handling and depositing remittances, as well as documenting files received by mail. Due to the nature of this job, attention to detail is a crucial skill.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle and deposit remittances received. Document all files received by mail systematically. Provide quality operational support to the lockbox department. Perform data entry related to lockbox if necessary. Ensure all transactions and operations adhere to company guidelines. Requirements Strong attention to detail. Proficient data entry skills. Ability to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy. Strong numeric skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must live in Burlington, VT or surrounding area This position operates during the second shift and requires a high level of flexibility and reliability.
