Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role is positioned within the retail industry and will involve the processing and maintenance of customer credit applications and records.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Maintenance of precise customer credit records
• Resolution of customer inquiries
• Monitoring of customer accounts and implementation of appropriate action
• Account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy
• Handling of Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Execution of check runs as required
• Coding of invoices for organized record-keeping
• Data entry tasks as necessary
• Processing of invoices in a timely manner
• Utilization of Microsoft Excel for data management
• Operation of Oracle for various tasks
• Use of QuickBooks for financial management
• Application of SAP for business operations.

Requirements • Proven experience in the retail industry as an Accounts Payable Clerk
• Proficient in account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
• Demonstrable experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Familiarity with the process of check runs for timely payments
• Ability to code invoices accurately for proper categorization
• Strong data entry skills, ensuring precision in inputting financial data
• Experience in invoice processing, managing both incoming and outgoing payments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data
• Experience with Oracle for managing database systems
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks for managing business payments, billings and payroll functions
• Familiarity with SAP for efficient business process management
