Robert Half has an opening with our client for an Administrative Support Specialist to work within a growing organization. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects, mailings, and helping customers as needed. Responsibilities Include:
Greets customers, answers phones, schedules appointments and coordinates meetings
Coordinates all purchases for general office supplies, office equipment, and other large item purchases
Compose routine correspondence from general oral/written instructions; proofread drafts of correspondence for correct grammar, punctuation and spelling
Opens and distributes mail to departments and employees
Creates and generates reports, spreadsheets and graphs as needed
Other administrative duties as required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in an administrative position
Strong knowledge of office procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (strong Excel a must)
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Ability to type 45-60 words per minute
