Description We are seeking a meticulous Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team, located in BURR RIDGE, Illinois. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an HR Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing multiple projects, including recruitment and policy revisions. You will also handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for the recruitment process.
• Post job openings and maintain candidate communication.
• Keep accurate records of applicants.
• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Support HR-related projects such as policy revisions and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently in a high-paced environment.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document management and data entry.
• Use your skills in corporate recruiting, engineering recruiting, recruitment sourcing, and HR administration to enhance the efficiency of the HR team. Requirements • Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting and Engineering Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruiting and Recruitment - Sourcing
• Solid understanding and experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Demonstrable skills in providing Administrative Assistance
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and computer systems
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• HR certification will be considered a plus
