Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Calabasas, California
Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Amusement/Recreation Services/Entertainment industry, located in Calabasas, California. This role will involve analyzing and processing expense records for payment, as well as fostering smooth relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Promptly process, evaluate, and report on expense records for payment
• Review and audit company’s expense reports and invoices for adherence
• Verify and forward expenditure accounts, ensuring accuracy
• Assign general ledger account coding and handle all required receipts
• Maintain smooth relationships with vendors, resolving any queries
• Handle expense reports promptly to meet weekly payment targets
• Resolve adherence issues, supervise coding issues, and route controversial invoices
• Identify and handle controversial modifications
• Utilize skills such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in the execution of responsibilities. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Proficient in Data Entry and Invoice Processing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Ability to work in the Amusement/Recreation Services/Entertainment industry
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
