Robert Half E-Commerce Director in Calabasas, California

Description We are inviting applications for the role of an E-Commerce Manager in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry, based in Calabasas, California. The selected individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing global e-commerce strategy and digital marketing efforts. This role is instrumental in enhancing brand presentation, optimizing the consumer e-commerce experience, and achieving sales targets with a specific focus on the North American market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the global e-commerce strategy to boost brand penetration globally.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business.

• Lead the content strategy, marketing campaigns, and inventory planning initiatives.

• Oversee website design, customer service, web analytics, and technologies to enhance the consumer e-commerce experience.

• Leverage business-to-business to consumer (B2B2C), DTC, eCommerce, and Optimization Recommendations skills to drive online sales growth and improve customer experience.

• Analyze and interpret data using web analytics tools to inform e-commerce strategies.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve customer credit inquiries.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Please note that this position does not offer the potential for transition into a different employment type. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce management.

• Proven skills in Business-to-business to Consumer (B2B2C) are mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies is essential.

• Experience with eCommerce platforms is required.

• Ability to provide optimization recommendations based on data analysis is necessary.

• Familiarity with the Amusement/Recreation Services/Entertainment industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are needed.

• Should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
