Growing Company Seeks (2) TWO Order Entry / Customer Service Representatives on a temporary to hire basis! Our client is located near the Dalton/Calhoun Georgia area.

Expect this role to exist within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. This could be the temporary to hire Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you can work in Calhoun, Georgia! The hours for this position are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday with very little overtime. Be part of a small team where you can be empowered to make decisions and be a much larger part of the client relationship vs. with some of the larger companies where you may work in a more siloed structure.

Your responsibilities in this role

-Provide product pricing and availability to customers

  • Ship customer samples and follow up post shipment

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data entry

  • Practical knowledge of manufacturing

  • Email Correspondence experience required

  • Strong familiarity with Assist Customers

  • Order entry experience highly desired

  • Adeptness in Track Shipments

  • Manufacturing Industry experience highly preferred

  • Prepare Quotes experience preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

  • General familiarity with customer service

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Customer service and office administrative skills
