Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Camarillo, California. The CFO will play a critical role in our manufacturing industry, leading the development and execution of financial plans, overseeing financial statements preparation, and managing the company's budget. This role will also involve overseeing cash management, identifying financial risks, and working closely with the executive team to develop and implement overall company strategy. THe ideal person has an MBA AND CPA (inactive or active) and is currently a CFO.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing financial plans, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial data to inform strategic decision-making.

  2. Oversees the preparation and filing of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

  3. Developing and managing the company's budget, as well as implementing strategies to control costs and maximize profits.

  4. Oversees cash management, ensuring the company has the necessary liquidity to operate and grow, and managing investments and financing activities.

  5. Identifies, assesses, and manages financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.

  6. Communicates with investors and analysts, providing financial information and analysis to support investor decision-making.

  7. Works with other members of the executive team to develop and implement the company's overall strategy, providing financial expertise and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

  8. Manages the finance team providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team is effective in executing financial activities and achieving company goals.

  9. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Skills:

• Understanding of CapEx and CRM

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions and Auditing

• Experience with Budget Processes and Capital Management

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Finance/Accounting or other relatied field + CPA (active or inactive) + MBA REQUIRED

8-10 years of experience working in a senior finance/accounting role, ideal candidate will be a CFO now

Excellent written and oral English communication skills, organized and efficient.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to present views and ideas in a convincing and clear manner, and a high degree of integrity and maturity.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.
