Robert Half Accounting Manager in Camden, New Jersey
Description
Established client with proven abilities to provide top-notch customer service seeks an Accounting Manager with industrial or manufacturing experience. This candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, managing the month end close process, performing general ledger analysis, completing account reconciliations, assist external auditors with the annual auditing process, prepare financial reports/statements, reviewing accounts payable activities, process miscellaneous invoices, and develop and implement process improvements needed that will increase the internal revenue. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a solid financial analysis skill set, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multitask while meeting crucial deadlines.

· Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
· Spreadsheet Maintenance

· Assist with tax audits
· Coach and mentor accounting staff
Requirements
The ideal Accounting Manager MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 10+ years of progressive accounting and/or auditing experience
· CPA preferred
· Strong ERP expertise
· Advanced excel skills
· MS Dynamics 365 a plus
