Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in Camp Murray, Washington
Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk III to support a Military Organization with several operational divisions with the mission to support and protect the state of Washington.
You will primarily be supporting their telecommunications environment and their IT infrastructure as a whole!
In this role you will:
Use specialized Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tools to design, develop, test, configure, deploy, maintain, and manage agency mobile devices and their configurations to include cellular devices, mobile computing devices, LTE mobile hotspots, etc.
Provide senior level consultation and management of UHF/VHF, Voice over Internet Protocol, Wide Area Network, and telephony systems.
Actively participate in several multi-agency cross-functional committees and work groups focused on increased interoperable communication, efficient and effective emergency notification, planning, mitigation, response, and recovery coordination.
