Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Candler, North Carolina

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in Candler, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide in-depth analysis of our operations, cost structures, and financial data to support strategic decision making at both operational and senior management levels. You will also facilitate communication, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable plans and solutions that drive business success and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost analysis to drive strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of financial and operational performance and provide insights to senior management on areas for improvement

• Analyze manufacturing processes, production costs, and resource utilization to identify and implement process optimization initiatives

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including employee turnover, recruitment metrics, and benefits data, to support strategic HR decision-making

• Assist in the preparation of data analysis reporting required for management and for external stakeholders

• Assist in the development of financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes

• Use Power BI and other tools to create interactive dashboards for real-time financial and operational insights

• Support the annual budgeting process by collecting and analyzing data, and assisting with budget preparation

• Support strategic implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level systems

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline data collection, and improve reporting efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions.

• Experience with the software 'About Time'.

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting.

• Strong background in Finance.

• Ability to Analyze Variance, Cost Variance, Explain Variance.

• Experience in KPI Reporting.

• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate financial data and create financial models for decision making.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to non-financial managers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• CPA or CFA certification is preferred.

• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
