Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This position is 100% onsite and will play a vital role in our financial team. The industry is telecom provider. The primary responsibilities of this role include processing invoices, data entry, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records
• Resolve customer credit inquiries efficiently
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments
• Utilize SAP for invoice processing and check runs
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable
• Assist in administrative duties as needed
• Ensure coding of invoices is done correctly
• Provide support to the administrative team Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
• Experience in executing check runs
• Skilled in coding invoices accurately and efficiently
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with invoice processing procedures
• Proficiency in using SAP software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Should have a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Must have a customer service-oriented approach, with the ability to handle vendor queries effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have a high level of integrity, and respect for financial confidentiality.
