Description We are seeking a Mobile Device Support Analyst to join our team in CANONSBURG, Pennsylvania. This role is a crucial part of our telecom provider operations, where you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in mobile development languages and frameworks. You will also be expected to design mobile application architectures, lead a team of mobile developers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mobile development languages and frameworks such as Swift (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android)
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures
• Develop familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks like React Native, Flutter etc.
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Make informed and timely decisions to guide the team through technical challenges and project requirements
• Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Solve complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Regularly conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain exacting standards of code quality and application performance
• Embrace modern technologies and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the development team remains innovative
• Drive initiatives for process improvements and the adoption of new tools and methodologies
• Manage project and sprint timelines effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on project requirements
• Keep the end-user in mind, ensuring that mobile applications meet user needs and expectations
• Actively seek and integrate feedback into the development process
• Identify potential risks in the development process and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Actively engage in mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of collaborative learning within the team. Requirements • Proficient in Android Development and Android SDK
• Familiarity with Cocoa Framework
• Experience with Database management
• Understanding and ability to use GitHub
• Knowledge of AB Testing
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Expertise in Coredata
• Strong design skills
• Familiarity with different Frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
