Robert Half Intake Coordinator in Canton, Ohio

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Intake Coordinator in the non-profit sector, based in Canton, Ohio. This role involves managing the client intake process, acting as the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services, providing information about our programs, determining eligibility, and facilitating access to appropriate services. This position is 28 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the initial contact for individuals seeking services or information from our organization

• Conducting eligibility screenings through phone or in-person interactions to determine if individuals qualify for certain programs or services

• Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with clients, and inputting information into our database

• Coordination of intakes by scheduling appointments and preparing necessary paperwork

• Providing detailed information about our services, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and reassuring individuals about the process

• Working closely with other team members to facilitate smooth transitions for clients from intake to service delivery

• Participating in team meetings and trainings as necessary

• Assisting in the development and implementation of intake procedures and policies

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information, in compliance with HIPAA laws and organizational policies

• Performing other duties as assigned, including utilization of skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Allscripts, CRM, Dcs, EHR SYSTEM, Answering Inbound Calls, Authorizations, Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, and Claim Administration.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Allscripts

• Proficient in CRM

• Experience with Dcs

• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM

• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience in Authorizations

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Proficiency in Billing Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration
