You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. Major responsibilities

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources

  • Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Developing internal recommendations

  • Identifying and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Conducting various administrative duties


  • You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Command of scheduling

  • Earlier work involving New Hire Orientations

  • Proven knowledge of data entry

  • General familiarity with HRIS

  • Previous experience working with CRM

  • Proficiency in Job Postings

  • Practical knowledge of Source Candidates

  • Social Media Advertising experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Maintain Records

  • Solid understanding of Calendar Management

  • Social media experience highly desired

  • Quality experience with sourcing recruitment

  • Wide ranging experience with New Hire Orientations

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

    • You will do well in this position if you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
