Your responsibilities in this role

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Carrying out various administrative duties

  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

  • Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Fulfilling interviews

    Requirements

  • Ability able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

    -Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of Onboarding

  • Experience with Policies And Procedure

  • Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • Deep understanding of interviewing

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
