Description
Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Full Stack AI/ML Engineer with a local client based in Cape Coral, FL.
100% REMOTE *Candidates that are local to Cape Coral/Ft Myers and able to have occasional office visits will stand out from others.
Full-time position (client is also open to an ongoing contractor structure) with compensation ranging $120-150K depending on experience (can go higher if Independent Contractor).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack AI/ML Software Engineer to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, blockchain technology, and full stack development.
Top Skills/Experience Looking For:
5+ years in Machine Learning (ML) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineering
Ruby on Rails
Node.js
Blockchain
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models and algorithms
Implement blockchain solutions and integrate them with existing systems
Develop and maintain full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Optimize application performance and scalability
Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in AI/ML development and implementation
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Node.js
Experience with full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Self-starter with a track record of consistently delivering completed work
Demonstrated mastery of software engineering craft
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
