Large privately held manufacturing company within a 1 hour drive of Albany is seeking a CFO. This company has multiple divisions, is profitable, and has over 1,000 employees. Main responsibilities include:
all financial management aspects; leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting; forecasting; profit and loss analysis; inventory management; provide strategic leadership to company owners; manage banking relationships; work closely with the COO on manufacturing operations; succession planning; other duties typical of a mid to large company CFO. Relocation assistance is available for candidates that have ties to Upstate NY or the northeast (VT, MA, CT, NH, etc). Target base salary for this position is in the 250k range and total compensation will range from 300-500k, based on company and personal performance.
