Description
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team in Santa Cruz, California. This role will involve providing expert legal advice and delivering outstanding service to our clients. We work in a warm environment, collaborating as a team, with no billables, and an emphasis on work/life flexibility. The successful candidate must have 4+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
• Providing legal advice in the area of estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver results.
• Utilizing skills in Estate Planning, Estate Law, and Probate & Estate Administration.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of humor in a busy work environment.
Requirements
• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law.
• Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Estate Planning.
• Must be experienced in handling matters related to Estate Law.
• Must have skills in Probate & Estate Administration.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must exhibit high levels of professionalism and ethical standards.
