Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their financial team. The successful candidate will handle all accounts receivable operations, ensuring all revenue is recorded accurately and all financial goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Process, post, and record all customer payments and transactions.
Perform account reconciliation tasks and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts, invoices, and payments.
Prepare aging reports and assist in month-end closing.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, and auditing requirements.
Assist the financial team with various tasks when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma; further education in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
