Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Carey, Ohio, 43316-7503, United States. This role operates within the automotive industry and involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The Account Manager will be expected to adapt quickly to new information, handle customer inquiries, maintain customer records, and monitor customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment
• Adapt quickly to new information and procedures
• Utilize SAP software for various tasks
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
• Be available for on-call duties as required
• Process and monitor customer credit applications and accounts
• Utilize various skills such as 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CRM, About Time, Accounting Functions, Billing Functions, Budget Processes, and Campaign Planning
• Demonstrate exceptional capability and dedication to work, with potential opportunities for promotion within the team. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CRM, About Time
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions, Billing Functions, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
• Previous experience in account management or a similar role preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as necessary to meet with clients
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
