Description
Located in Carlsbad, our company is seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all payment affairs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a full cycle of accounting duties, invoicing, and maintaining the general ledger.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts and incoming payments.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger.
Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
Coordinate with team members to complete the annual audit.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Data entry skills with a knack for numbers.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
