Description
Robert Half is on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital initiatives that strengthen engagement across diverse communities within the music products industry. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position calls for a skilled professional with a solid background in digital channels, customer lifecycle strategies, and user journey optimization. The right candidate will be adept at using platforms like Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and PPC to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. A strong focus on lifecycle marketing will be essential to build, nurture, and sustain relationships with our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Design and oversee digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and PPC channels, aimed at driving engagement and conversion within the music products sector.
Create segmented lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty within various music product communities.
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage email marketing campaigns, develop automation workflows, and design user journeys that improve engagement and foster customer retention.
Map, monitor, and optimize digital user journeys to ensure content aligns with audience needs across different lifecycle stages.
Regularly assess and report on digital campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall organizational goals, especially those related to user retention and experience.
Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to inspire innovative engagement approaches within the music products industry.
Maintain consistent adherence to brand guidelines, audience targeting, and voice across all digital channels.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience across Meta, Google, PPC, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer journey management across digital platforms.
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, automation, and user journey mapping.
Strong understanding of segmented marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of music product audiences.
Previous experience in or familiarity with the music products industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform lifecycle strategies and enhance marketing outcomes.
Exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to achieve cohesive branding and effective campaign execution.
